NAME
     uid2sid - convert an Interix uid to a Windows SID

SYNOPSIS
     uid2sid [uid ...]

DESCRIPTION
     The uid2sid utility converts an Interix uid to a Windows SID. This con-
     version is done in the context of the machine it is run on because
     Interix uid's are unique only within the current domain(s). The produced
     SID's are unique for all domains. If no uid is specified, the current
     user's uid is used.
