NAME
       FcInitLoadConfig - load configuration

SYNOPSIS

       FcConfig * FcInitLoadConfig (void);


DESCRIPTION
       Loads  the  default  configuration  file  and  returns the
       resulting configuration.  Does not load any font  informa-
       tion.
